‍Guest Resort Rates

The discounted Conference Guest Room rates at the Catamaran Resort and Hotel are available through the online reservation link or by contacting the reservations department. They are exclusive to registered YATA 2025 Conference Attendees, subject to room availability. If you register for a guest room and are not registered as a conference attendee, your reservation will be canceled from the guest block and converted to a regular room, based on availability.

Parking - $38 for self-park, $44 for valet

Parking for non-hotel guests:

Self-Parking: 1^st hour $20, $5 each additional hour; $60 maximum per day
Valet Parking: 1^st hour $25; $10 each additional hour; $65 maximum per day

Resort Fee includes guestroom and public area Wi-Fi, use of beach chairs and umbrellas on our bayside beach, towels at pool and whirlpool, fitness center, daily in-room water, USA Today.

Airport Information‍

The resort is only 8 miles from San Diego International Airport (SAN).

Transportation/Directions

‍Cutoff Date

The cutoff date for the conference rate is Monday, September 8, 2025. The conference block is for Tuesday, October 7th, Wednesday, October 8th, Thursday, October 9th, and checking out on Friday, October 10th, 2025. As a courtesy, the rate is available two days before and two days after the event, based on availability. Room assignment is subject to availability before check-in time. The hotel will require a major credit card for a night deposit to guarantee each reservation. The first night's deposit will be applied to each reservation. Individual reservations must be cancelled per the Catamaran Resort Hotel policy, and YATA is not responsible for any cancellations of resort rooms.

Smoking
‍Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms, on pool decks and in restaurants and shops. Designated smoking areas are available.

Off-Site Events and Activities‍

The YATA Team respectfully requests that attendees and guests please refrain from scheduling off-site activities and events during our scheduled programming. We've done our best to ensure ample time for socializing and networking, including offering sponsorship opportunities before each morning, hosting receptions and networking breaks throughout the day, as well as providing time after hours. If you would like to host an off-site meeting or activity, please see our Sponsorship Page and watch for updates in the conference app!

‍Conference Participation‍

Out of respect for our esteemed guest speakers, we kindly request that attendees plan to stay for the full duration of the conference to participate in all sessions. We have secured a more cohesive environment for collaboration by relocating our venue to the Catamaran Resort Hotel. The new location will ensure easy access to all speakers and events, while also providing a beautiful setting for the conference. Your consideration and support are greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to a successful and collaborative event!

‍Cancellations/Refund Policy

All conference cancellations must be sent via email to info@yata.net. Refunds for cancellations will be granted, provided YATA is notified in writing by September 8, 2025.  A cancellation processing fee of $50.00 will be assessed.

• Cancellations made after August 8, 2025, will incur a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations made between August 8, 2025, and September 8, 2025, will incur a 50% Refund fee.
• After September 8, 2025 – NO REFUNDS shall be allowed.
• Hotel policy cancellations apply to guest rooms.

*Cancellation due to COVID positive - A positive COVID test must be presented via email to info@yata.net within 3 days of the start of the conference to be eligible to obtain full credit for attendee registration applied towards the next YATA conference.
